Standard Reports Overview
Standard Reports are reports that have a pre-defined display format. There are
5 standard reports available:
- Project Summary Report
This report gives you a quick overview on the overall status of a project
through the use of tables and dynamic graphs. The report will show you how many
issues are associated with the project, the number of overdue issues, costs to
the project caused by these issues, and will also give you corresponding
graphical breakdowns.

- Average Completion Time Report
This report lets you key in on performance data related to how timely issues
are resolved. Like the Project Summary Report, the results are displayed
through tables and dynamic graphs. You can see completion times related to
issue category, status, priority and more.

The following three reports can be run against a single project or any
combination of projects that you have access to. Furthermore, when the reports
are rendered, you have ability to sort the results by any of the data categories
that are displayed.
- “My Issues” Report
This report will show you issues that you have logged, are responsible for, and
the issues you have closed. You can choose to see all issues or filter them out
based on criteria that you specify.

- Overdue Issues Report
This report lets you see all overdue issues for the selected project(s) with
the click of a button; or you can choose to apply filters to zero-in on
specific types of overdue issues.

- View All Issues Report
This is the “catch-all” standard report. You can see all issues by clicking a
button, or apply search/filter criteria to limit the results.
