e-mail to project team members. You don't have comb your address book or
messages to find e-mail addresses. The system keeps track of that information
for you.

Pick the team members who need to receive the e-mail. You can send an
e-mail to the entire project team by simply clicking the "Add All" button. Or
you select specific team members to deliver the message to.
