Standard Reports (Dashboards) Overview

Standard Reports are "Dashboard" reports that give users fast access to project data. Data constraints/filters can be added or changed on the fly to show users exactly what they are looking for. There are 5 standard reports available:

• Project Summary Report - gives an overview of the overall status of a project through the use of tables and dynamic graphs (View Sample)
   
• Average Item Completion Time Report - focuses on performance data related to how timely the issues, tasks, and risks are resolved (View Sample)
   

The following three reports can be run against a single project or any combination of projects. Additionally, when the reports are rendered, users can sort the results by any of the data categories that are displayed.

• “My Items” Report - shows users all Items they have logged, are responsible for, and have closed (View Sample)
   
• Overdue Items Report - displays all overdue Items for the selected project(s) (View Sample)
   
• View All Items Report - allows users to view all items or apply search/filter criteria to obtain more specific results (View Sample)
