Project Calendars Overview

The Project Calendar feature allows users to examine project information in multiple calendar views. You have the ability to view Issues, Risks, and Decisions in the calendar views. Additionally, you can add two additional types of information that are tied directly into the calendar: Milestone Events and Normal Events.

A unique feature of this component of Eclipse Project is the ability to view data from multiple projects together in the same view. This helps users working on multiple projects to determine where there might be conflicts between projects for resources. This same principle has been applied to our Gantt Charts feature. You can view information from multiple projects in a Gantt Chart/Timeline view.
